Open GI had been in the market long enough to know who it was, but the brand no longer hinted at the strength of the platform behind it or the direction it was moving in. Our job was to reset the signal and help Open GI step into the space it was already earning, showing up as the SaaS name people recognise the moment it enters the conversation.

We cracked the brand open and read the signals it was sending to the market. What we found made the move obvious. Open GI’s capability was miles ahead of how it was being perceived, so we reset the brand to close that gap fast. Working tightly with the internal team, we reshaped how Open GI showed up, giving it a clearer voice and a stronger stance that could hold attention the moment it appeared. Once that was locked, everything else followed, pulling the brand into line and setting it up to move with confidence as the business keeps accelerating.
