Putting email marketing into top gear

The Challenge

CVSL had a new brand identity ready to roll out and needed its email marketing to match the pace. The brief was to create promotional templates that could handle the constant churn of weekly offers while keeping the brand sharp and performance moving in the right direction.

The Craft

We designed and built a new suite of promotional HTML templates that gave the brand a proper engine under the bonnet. Three modular layouts were created around the promotion types CVSL runs week in, week out, each structured to handle constant change without losing clarity or control. Swap the headline, change the product, update the imagery and the layout still holds the road, keeping hierarchy tight and the brand unmistakable.

Alongside the build, we managed the email marketing account end to end. Campaigns were scheduled and audiences targeted, while performance was tracked across every send, giving us the data needed to continuously tune the creative and keep engagement accelerating.

The Result

Average open rate jumped from 21% to 38%

Average click-through rate doubled from 1% to 2%
