The Challenge

Chartered status changed the stakes. The Institute needed a brand that carried its new authority and still felt relevant to its members. What started as a website quickly became a wider moment of truth for how the organisation presented itself and connected with its community.

The Craft

We started with the people the Institute exists for and built everything from there. Member insight set the direction early, shaping how the brand spoke, what it stood for, and how it showed up with confidence at every touchpoint. That thinking gave structure to seven core personas and paved the way for a refreshed identity that could carry Chartered status properly, with credibility that felt earned rather than imposed. The launch brought it all to life through a live hybrid broadcast, supported by focused content and campaigns that made the shift visible and unmistakable.
