KPMG
Reframing sustainability through people, not platitudes.

The Challenge
Sustainability is crowded with noise, and KPMG was determined to rise above it. With London Climate Action Week approaching, they needed a campaign that showed leadership through substance, using real voices and real influence to reinforce their role in the ESG conversation. The task was to reframe sustainability in a way that felt credible, yet impossible to ignore.

The Craft
We gave sustainability a stage that matched its importance. Filmed at KPMG’s Canary Wharf studio, and extended to the US to keep the story connected, the series brought together KPMG’s sustainability leaders alongside external partners including Microsoft UK and Ørsted. The environment did the heavy lifting quietly, with bespoke sets and cinematic detail creating depth without distraction, while personal prompts drew out stories rooted in real decisions and real impact. Every film was built to move, edited to travel across platforms and timed to land with force during London Climate Action Week.
The Result
1.4 million total video views across the series
Video completion rate of 5.3%, almost double the benchmark
Organic social engagement reached 9.01%, smashing the target
Average time on site rose to three minutes
KPMG ranked first for purchase intent and consideration in sustainability services
