Bringing vital support back into the conversation

The Challenge
The Victim Advice Line’s Facebook and Twitter channels had gone quiet, just as the need for their services remained anything but. The brief was to relaunch dormant accounts with a clearer voice and a stronger presence, ensuring vital services reached the people across Worcestershire, Herefordshire and Shropshire who needed them most.

The Craft
We restarted VAL’s social presence with intent. A refreshed creative direction gave Facebook and Twitter a clear, consistent identity, while paid and organic activity worked together to put VAL back into people’s feeds and back into the conversation. Every post was shaped to cut through gently but confidently, balancing visibility with reassurance so the organisation could show up regularly with messages that mattered. Alongside the rollout, we worked closely with the VAL team through practical workshops, giving them the confidence and tools to keep the channels purposeful and carry on building momentum long after launch.
The Result
Organic social activity reached 18.5k people over five months
The Meta awareness campaign generated just under 2 million impressions
Dormant channels were successfully relaunched with a consistent, recognisable presence
VAL’s team left equipped to build on the campaign and keep the conversation going
