On 1st March 2004, a new government service in partnership with Nightspeed Secure Worldwide Express was launched to revolutionise the way that government employees send both internal and external mail.

GOVMAIL is the name of the service launched in partnership between Nightspeed Secure Worldwide Express and the Government Car and Despatch Agency. Providing first class secure delivery solutions nationally and internationally, the service is government funded so is economically advantageous for budget conscious civil servants.

OWB created the GOVMAIL brand in its entirety, from name, colours and logo to look, tone of voice and personality. A website was designed and developed, communicationliterature in the shape of brochures, letterheads, folders and leaflets created and printed, and a high profile PR launch of the new service organised and publicised. Just a few months since its launch, the new GOVMAIL service is already going from strength to strength.
